Negotiations between Presidents Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and Rustam Minnikhanov with the participation of delegations of the two countries took place in the residence of the Head of Tatarstan located in the Kazan Kremlin on June 23, TDH reports.
The Head of Tatarstan expressed his gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan for supporting the Turkmen-Tatar relations, stressing that the visit of the President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov is regarded as another step towards intensifying cooperation.
The Turkmen Leader noted that this year alone is his second meeting with the President of Tatarstan, which indicates the special nature of the relationship between the two peoples, the presence of strong bilateral ties, and established working mechanisms for cooperation.
At the conclusion of the talks, the signing ceremony of bilateral documents was held between President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
