Ýigit private enterprise was awarded the diploma of the 22nd International Exhibition WorldFood Ukraine 2019, held at the International Exhibition Center of Kiev on October 23-25.
Ýigit, a member of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, presented environmentally friendly melons and legumes grown in greenhouses and arable lands of the country at the exhibition. The participants of the event showed great interest for Turkmen grapes, melons, mung beans and sun-dried tomatoes.
WorldFood Ukraine 2019 is one of the region’s largest international food and beverage exhibitions, which is annually held in Kiev. Hundreds of leading companies in the food industry present their products, including food technology, equipment, as well as innovations and new brands at the exhibition.
The catering and business representatives took an active part in the event. The exhibition also hosted effective negotiations and meetings to build synergies between producers of food, drinks and consumers. This year’s exhibition gathered over 9 thousand people from 27 countries.
Ýigit private enterprise actively developed 1000 hectares of land, which was allocated to it in the Kaka etrap. 865 hectares of the land is intended for the cultivation of various crops in open space. The enterprise, which harvests tomato crops at a 10 hectare greenhouse, currently builds the second stage of the greenhouse, which will occupy 20 hectares.
