Turkmen Foreign Economic Bank Starts Issuing New Payment Cards
According to the bank’s announcement, the owner of the card can withdraw $200 per day, as well as make cashless payments without a limit.

The State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs of Turkmenistan started issuing new international bank cards, VISA Classic Syýahat and MasterCard Standard Syýahat, on November 1.

According to the bank’s announcement, the owner of the card can withdraw $200 per day, as well as make cashless payments without a limit.

The account of new cards can be replenished by cash deposits by individuals at the expense of own funds in foreign currency and equivalent payments without submitting a source of funds.

Cards are issued for a period of 5 years, for which insurance fee of $100 is charged. The commission for cash withdrawn in foreign banks and ATMs is 3%.

The established commission for non-cash payments in retail outlets of foreign countries is 0.5%.

Prior to this, the State Bank for Foreign Economic Affairs offered 4 types of MasterCard and 3 types of Visa international payment cards.b
