New Modern Village Appears in Western Turkmenistan
The new village includes 268 three and four room houses.

The opening ceremony of the new Rowach village in Balkan velayat’s Serdar district in the western Turkmenistan was held on Tuesday.

The new village includes 268 three and four room houses. During the construction of the houses, the builders have taken into account the particularities of the rural lifestyle and traditional life of the Turkmen family. The houses also include a personal land plot and a garden, a place for keeping livestock, and an overhang.

Polyclinic with modern specialized equipment, kindergarten for 160 kids, school for 320 students, Culture House, shopping center and mosque have also been built in the new village.

The construction of such modern villages is currently carried out in the country’s Lebap, Mary and Dashoguz velayats.

Three 54-aparment and one 108-apartment residential buildings were also commissioned in Ashgabat’s Parahat-7 microdistrict. 270 families have already moved to the new apartments.
