Turkmenistan Eyes Foreign Energy Investments With Series of Roadshows
The second roadshow will be held in London on July 7-8.

Turkmenistan’s Turkmengaz, Turkmennebit state concerns and the Turkmengeologiya state corporation plan to hold in collaboration with Turkmen Forum company and British energy consultancy Gaffney, Cline & Associates the series of oil and gas roadshows in the UAE and the UK in 2020, Trend news agency reports referring to the organizers of the event.

The first event will be held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Dubai Creek Heights on February 24-25, with a similar event planned for London on July 7-8, 2020.

The participants of the roadshow will discuss issues related to the development of the Turkmen shelf of the Caspian Sea, attracting investment in know-how to optimize oil production and the implementation of the next stage of the development of the Galkynysh giant gas field.

The organizers envisage business negotiations with interested parties on the sidelines of the event.

Turkmenistan has vast reserves of natural gas, ranking fourth in the world. By 2030, it is planned to bring the production of natural gas to 250 billion cubic meters a year, and oil - to 110 million tons, in accordance with the program of development of the Turkmen oil and gas industry.

A roadshow is a series of meetings across different cities in which top executives of a company have the opportunity to talk with current or potential investors.
