40-Year-Old Bakery in Turkmenabat Bumps Up Production
Bakery №1 in Turkmenabat city produces an average of 338 tons of eight types of bread per month.

Bakery №1 in Turkmenabat city in the northeastern Turkmenistan completed the year 2019 with the production of over 6.6 thousand tons of bread and bread products. The cash equivalent of the product reached about 5.5 million manats.

The enterprise, which produced 2.5 thousand tons more bread than the established production plan, sold them to the consumers through its 11 stores.

The enterprise of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan’s Lebapgallaönümleri Production Association produces an average of 338 tons of eight types of bread per month.

The bakery, which does not weaken the pace of production, was opened in 1979 and currently employs 211 specialists.

Farmers of the Lebap velayat collected over 350 thousand tons of wheat during last year's harvest season and sent them to the respective flour mills.
