Kawasaki to Provide Consulting Services in Managing Ahal GTG Plant
Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd and Rönesans (Turkey) jointly carried out the construction of the Ahal GTG plant.

Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd (Japan) will provide consulting services in managing the Ahal Gas-to-Gasoline plant (GTG).

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a decree on Friday authorizing the Türkmengaz State Concern to conclude a relevant contract with the Japanese company.

Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd and Rönesans (Turkey) jointly carried out the construction of the Ahal GTG plant.

This large facility, opened in June last year, is equipped with the latest technology and equipment from the leading manufacturers from the USA, UK, France, Holland, Sweden, Japan, the Republic of Korea, and India.

The plant is designed to annually process 1 billion 785 million cubic meters of natural gas and produce 600 thousand tons of ECO-93 gasoline that meets the EURO-5 standard, as well as diesel fuel and liquefied gas.
