Gozly Economic Society launched a new bakery and confectionery factory in Ashgabat.
The company produces puff pastries, croissants with various fillings, frozen puff pastry and semi-finished products. The products are made using local flour and are packaged at relevant enterprises of the company.
The enterprise is equipped with dough-mixing, baking and other necessary machinery of Swiss company Rondo and German companies Diosna and Miwe.
The frozen dough and semi-finished products are presently delivered to Halk Market stores. The products of the new factory are in high demand.
