Turkmen Manufacturer Recycles Used Tires Into Rubber Crumbs
Rubber crumb is widely used to cover children's playgrounds, treadmills, sidewalks, tennis and soccer fields.

Jepbar Kompaniýasy Individual Enterprise began to produce rubber crumb by recycling used car tires in Turkmenistan.

In an interview with Business Turkmenistan, the Director of the company Vladislav Rodionov said modern Chinese production machinery were installed at the factory, located in Ovadandepe settlement in Ahal velayat’s Gokdepe etrap, adding that the factory’s annual production capacity is 2.5 thousand tons of rubber crumbs.

Rubber crumbs are available in sizes from 0.1mm to 0.5 mm, from 0.5 mm to 1 mm and from 1mm to 3 mm, the company’s director said. The products are packed in 25 kg bags.

“Our company, along with the production of rubber crumbs, also offers a service for laying them,” Rodionov noted.

Recently, the company entered into a contract with Türkmendemirönümleri state-owned enterprise on procurement of used tires.

Rubber crumb is an environmentally friendly, safe and economically viable material, widely used to cover children's playgrounds, treadmills, sidewalks, tennis and soccer fields.

Jepbar Kompaniýasy Individual Enterprise has been operating since 2016.
