The enterprise for the production of ice cream and curd cheeses under the Erteki trademark has been saturating the Turkmen markets with domestically produced ice cream for 18 years now. The company produces more than 30 types of ice cream.
According to the Neytralnyi Turkmenistan newspaper’s Friday issue, the factory currently produces over two tons of ice cream per day.
The production operator of the enterprise Guvanch Amangeldiyev emphasized that only fresh cow milk supplied from the farms of Ahal velayat and natural butter are used in the production of ice cream, adding that “all products and ingredients used in production are non-GMO and comply with international quality standards”.
The factory is equipped with high-quality European machinery.
The Erteki ice cream enterprise also produces ice cream under the trademarks Kapriz, Bagtyýarlyk, Berkararlyk, Telpejik, Balam, Towşan, Arzuw, Olimp and Plombir.
