Aksuw, a leather processing company in Turkmenistan, sent the first batch of its products to Italy, Neytralnyi Turkmenistan newspaper reported on Friday.
According to the report, the Mediterranean partners highly appreciated the the Turkmen manufacturer’s products, complying with the European quality standards.
The company's plant located in the Baherden etrap of Ahal velayat produces from 48 thousand to 50 thousand square decimeters of leather annually. The workshops of the enterprise are equipped with modern machinery of Italian and Turkish production.
The company is also a supplier of leather products for a number of local businesses.
Founded in 2008, the Aksuw has successfully introduced the latest technologies and advanced international experience in its production, which allows it to process 10 tons of leather or 550 skins of cattle per day.
