Uzbekistan exported 14,900 tons of juice products in January-October of 2020, the press service of the State Customs Committee said on Monday.
According to the Committee, the volume of exports in monetary terms exceeded $11.1 million. The main buyers of Uzbek fruit juices were Russia and Kazakhstan (80% of all exports), Kyrgyzstan (10%) and Turkmenistan (5%).
In addition, juices and soft drinks from Uzbekistan were for the first time exported to the markets of Germany, Ukraine, Poland and the UAE this year.
For the period January-September of this year, Uzbekistan's foreign trade turnover amounted to $27.49 billion, which is $3.75 billion less than last year's figure for the same period.
