Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries (TCOR), the largest oil processing enterprise in Turkmenistan, processed more than 770 thousand tons of crude oil since the beginning of 2021.
During the period, the Complex fulfilled the production plan of various brands of gasoline by 111.6%, the online newspaper of the Oil and Gas Complex of Turkmenistan reported on Wednesday.
In the first two months of 2021, the TCOR produced 34,857 tons of kerosene.
In March of this year, 1,500 tons of Turkmenbashi refinery’s polypropylene (PP) were sold in a single day of export trades at the State Commodity and Raw Materials Stock Exchange of Turkmenistan (SCRMET) with prices breaking record.
During the trades, The PP prices climbed to reach a record $1,775/ton FOB/FCA.
The TCOR is the largest enterprise in Turkmenistan. In terms of its scale, it is comparable to the leading oil refining concerns. The TCOR includes two plants, numerous oil depots and filling stations.
