State Agency for Management of Road Construction in Turkmenistan announces an international open tender

State Agency for Management of Road Construction in Turkmenistan on behalf of the Tender Commission announces an international open tender No.1 for the purchase of the following lots:

Lot No.2 - Crushing and screening equipment and mobile stone crushing equipment.

Lot No.4 - Spare parts for crushing and screening equipment.

Parties are invited to the address of State Agency for Management of Road Construction:

to submit a written application (from companies registered or having Bank accounts in offshore zones, applications are not accepted) about the desire to participate in the tender with the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration and details;
get acquainted with the Law of Turkmenistan on tenders for the supply of goods, performance of works, rendering of services for state needs, the Rules of the tender and the list of documents required for participation in the tender;
get the specification of lots, technical requirements and the basic terms of the contract;
receive an invoice for payment of funds in the amount of 500 US dollars or the equivalent in manats (without excluding VAT and bank costs) for one lot for participation in the tender free of charge.

Bids are accepted within 30 (thirty) business days from the date of publication in the newspaper “Neutral Turkmenistan” of the announcement until 16.00 local time.

The account for the transfer of funds will be indicated after submitting a written application.

One sealed envelope containing the complete tender proposal, certified with a mastic seal, must be delivered to the address specified below from the moment the announcement is published and will be considered for review after the funds have been credited to the account. The tender envelope must obligatorily include an electronic version of the questionnaire, the main contract terms (in Word format), and the technical and economic specification (in Excel format).
