CNPC Branch in Turkmenistan Announces Pre-Qualification Process for Tender for Purchase of Casing Pipes
The Office of China National Petroleum Corporation International Ltd. in Turkmenistan announces the pre-qualification process for Tender No.CIT-24027-MR for the purchase of casing heads, casing pipes, and cementing accessories for well drilling operations within the Contract Area "Bagtyýarlyk"
Any company interested in this tender can apply to participate in the tender. The application for participation in the tender must include the following documents and information:
- A brief introduction about the company with a description of the history of core activities/business, information on licensing and other qualification documents, and a product catalog.
- The company’s financial statements and financial audit reports for the last three years.
- Experience in the supply of casing pipes, casing heads, and cementing accessories over the past three years.
- If the applicant is an agent, it is necessary to provide information about the manufacturer, the manufacturer’s product catalog, and the manufacturer’s power of attorney.
- For local companies, a copy of the registration certificate confirming membership in the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan must be provided.
Deadline for submission of applications within 10 (ten) calendar days from date of publication in mass media. The prequalification documents received after the deadline will not be accepted.
Prequalification documents of interested companies must be submitted in book binding, in a hermetically sealed envelope, stamped and accompanied by a cover letter. (in the amount of 2 copies and a scanned version of the document must be enclosed). The name of the addressee, sender, number and name of the tender must be indicated on the envelope.
