CNPC Branch in Turkmenistan Announces Pre-Qualification for the Provision of Acid Fracturing Services
The Office of China National Petroleum Corporation International Ltd. in Turkmenistan announces the pre-qualification process № CIT-24085-SR for the provision of acid treatment and acid fracturing services (AT and AF) for the period 2025–2027
Required Equipment and Personnel for Services:
- Various high-pressure pumps, manifolds, real-time monitoring system, transportation vehicles for materials, equipment, and personnel, chemical reagent mixing system, laboratory, FA, NKT, completion tools, and others.
- A highly qualified team for service execution at gas fields with abnormally high reservoir pressure (AHRP) and aggressive components.
Any company interested in this tender may submit an application to participate by providing the following documents:
- Official application on participation in Tender with stamp and manager signature on.
- Brief introduction about company with background, full name of company, structure and legal status.
- Registration documents of applier company.
- Financial statements for the last three years, approved by an auditing service.
- Experience in providing acid treatment and acid fracturing services over the last three years.
- Availability of required equipment, current condition, and location.
- A copy of the registration certificate of membership in the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan.
Deadline for submission of applications within 10 (ten) calendar days from date of publication in mass media. The prequalification documents received after the deadline will not be accepted.
The prequalification documents of interested companies must be prepared in both English and Russian languages and submitted in a bound and numbered format in sealed envelopes, stamped, and accompanied by a cover letter (in two copies). A scanned version of the complete document must also be included. The envelope must be labeled with the recipient’s name, sender’s name, tender number, and title.
