Turkmen Businesses Exhibit Their Food Products in Riyadh and Moscow

Turkmen private food producers presented their products to foreign buyers at exhibitions in numerous countries in September this year.

Turkmen companies Altyn Ýunus, Parahat and Ýüpekçi showcased their products at the 10th international exhibition for food and beverages Foodex Saudi in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, from September 17 to 20 to Middle Eastern buyers. These companies specialize in production of fruit juices, soft drinks and confectionery.

At the 32nd food and drink exhibition, WorldFood Moscow 2023, which took place in Moscow from September 19 to 22, Turkmen confectionary brands Täze Aý and Ak Gar exhibited their products. The event attracted approximately 1,000 companies from 40 countries.

Begnazar Rakhmanov, a representative of Ak Gar, told Business Turkmenistan that, "During the exhibition we had many fruitful meetings with foreign buyers, based on the results of which we will export our products to the regional countries in the near future."

Turkmen Entrepreneur Serdar Gulkhanov took part in the multi-purpose international exhibition South Expo-2023 in Osh, Kyrgyzstan on September 18 to 20, presenting his Kindi food products. Additionally, the Turkmen beverages producer, Mahmal Zip, showcased its drinks at WorldFood Istanbul 2023, which took place in Türkiye earlier in September.

In July of this year, 16 Turkmen food producers also participated in the F-Istanbul international food exhibition held in Türkiye.
