Kokchi economic society, automotive battery manufacturer in Turkmenistan, will increase its production capacity. The company currently produces about 350 batteries per day and is prepared to put into operation a new set of equipment to increase the production capacity up to 500 pieces per day.
Located near the S.A. Niyazov Chemical Plant in Turkmenabat in Lebap province, Kokchi employs 80 people.
According to the information sent to the Business Turkmenistan News Center, the batteries produced in its plant are mainly distributed in local markets. The company has also exported its products to Afghanistan. Business circles from Germany, Uzbekistan and the Middle Easy have also shown interest in the batteries manufactured by the company.
The automotive batteries are produced under Ýyldyrym and TM Power trademarks, with capacities starting from 60 amp hours up to 190 amp hours.
