The second stage of Arkadag city construction will include 110 residential buildings, 9 kindergartens, and 5 secondary schools.
The State Construction Committee of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan jointly with the Mayor’s office of Arkadag city, announced a tender for the design and construction of facilities in the second stage of Arkadag city construction. The corresponding tender was published in the “Neytralnyy Turkmenistan" newspaper on Friday.
According to the report, the second stage of Arkadag city construction will include 9 kindergartens for 320 places each, 5 schools for 720 places each, 36 five-story apartment buildings for 30 houses each, and 36 five-story houses for 40 houses each. 24 seven-story buildings of 42 houses and 14 nine-story buildings of 54 houses each.
The second stage of Arkadag city construction also includes construction of a railway and bus station, a checkpoint, a car terminal, buildings of the Gorjaw district administration, and a health center.
