This week, TV and film stars Burak Ozcivit and Edouard Montotue will vısıt Turkmenistan to participate in the “Arkadagyň şäheri” (Arkadag’s city) film festival. The festıval will also gather renowned actors and directors from Central Asian countries, Turkmenistan Habarlar Portaly reported on Tuesday.
Burak Ozcivit is a Turkish actor best known for his roles in the TV series Kara Sevda (Endless Love) and Muhteşem Yüzyıl (Magnificent Century). Burak Ozcivit is currently starring as Osman Gazi, the founder of the Ottoman state, in the TV series Kuruluş: Osman (Establishment: Osman).
According to IMDb, Burak Ozcivit was born on December 24, 1984. In 2017, he married Turkish actress Fahrieh Evgen. They have two sons, Karan and Kerem.
French film star Edouard Montotue, a supporting character in the Taxi films, was born on December 20, 1970 in French Guiana. He is also known for his roles in Femme Fatale (2002) and Ma Dame au Camélia (2019).
The Arkadag’s city film festival with the participation of Central Asian countries will be held on October 14-15. Screenings of the films submitted to the festival will be held in cinemas in Arkadag and Ashgabat. Renowned representatives of cinema art from other countries have also been invited to the film festival as members of the jury and as guests of honour.
