Trade turnover between Turkmenistan and Austria in January-March of the current year amounted to $22 million, Trend reported on Tuesday.
According to the Ministry of Trade and Foreign Economic Relations of Turkmenistan, Austria ranked among the top 20 in the country's foreign trade turnover for the first three months of 2024.
Compared to the previous year, trade turnover between the countries has increased almost fivefold.
In 2020, the main types of imported goods from Turkmenistan included communication equipment, vegetables and fruits, vehicles, clothing, and accessories.
