The Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan inaugurated the Dokmaçylar Cultural Center in the capital city of Ashgabat.
Cultural figures, many residents of the country, guests of the capital, and media representatives attended the event.
The opening ceremony of the new center featured musical performances and a dance presentation by the Dokmaçylar folklore and ethnographic dance ensemble.
According to the official media of Turkmenistan, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent a congratulatory letter on the occasion of the opening of the Dokmaçylar Cultural Center.
"In the new building of the Dokmaçylar Cultural Center, the most comfortable conditions are provided for the creative activities of the ensemble, particularly for musicians and dancers. The equipment of the art center's dance halls is of the highest level, meeting international standards, which will provide tremendous opportunities for the constructive and fruitful work of art workers," the statement from the Head of State noted.
The Dokmaçylar Cultural Center of the Ministry of Textile Industry of Turkmenistan stands located on Seydi Street in Ashgabat.
