A Turkmen delegation will take part in the international Russia Halal Expo, scheduled for May 14-16 as part of the Russia–Islamic World: KazanForum International Economic Forum. Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Nokerguly Atagulyyev reported this during a government meeting on Thursday.
At the exhibition, Turkmenistan will showcase its cultural heritage, trade and investment potential, and new export-oriented products. Representatives from various economic sectors and private manufacturers from Turkmenistan will also participate, according to the country’s official media.
President od Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized the importance of participating in international exhibitions to develop trade and economic relations worldwide. He approved the proposal for domestic producers to take part in the upcoming exhibition in Kazan and instructed the deputy prime minister to organize the necessary preparations.
The Russia–Islamic World: KazanForum has been held since 2009 and, over the past 15 years, has established itself as a leading platform for discussing key issues, implementing joint projects, presenting investment potential, and strengthening business ties between Russian companies and partners from Islamic countries.
