SINOMACH Expresses Readiness for Comprehensive Cooperation with Turkmenistan

China National Machinery Industry Corporation (SINOMACH) has expressed readiness for broad cooperation with Turkmenistan in infrastructure and industrial construction, including the implementation of investment and turnkey projects. The announcement was made by Wang Bo, Chairman of China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC) and China CAMC Engineering Co., Ltd. (CAMCE), during his visit to Ashgabat, CAMCE’s press service reports.

At a meeting with Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Mammetkhan Chakiyev, the Chinese delegation presented SINOMACH’s experience in implementing infrastructure projects in Central Asia and offered integrated solutions for all stages — from design to financing.

Chakiyev emphasized the importance of modernizing Turkmenistan’s transport infrastructure and expressed interest in applying CMEC’s expertise to key national projects.

In a separate meeting with Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Baymyrat Annamammedov, the sides discussed prospects for cooperation in industrial construction and the oil and gas chemical sector. Annamedov expressed confidence that SINOMACH’s advanced technologies and engineering capabilities would contribute to Turkmenistan’s industrial modernization and economic diversification.

From October 17 to 22, Wang Bo paid a working visit to Turkmenistan, where he held a series of meetings aimed at strengthening cooperation in infrastructure, energy, and industry.

China CAMC Engineering Co., Ltd. (CAMCE) and China Machinery Engineering Corporation (CMEC) are subsidiaries of SINOMACH, one of China’s largest state-owned enterprises directly supervised by the central government.
