The representative of Huawei Han Xiaoping spoke at the Türkmentel-2025 International Conference on Digitalization and Transport. She emphasized the company's role in modernizing Turkmenistan's telecommunications networks and expressed pride in its participation in strategic national projects.
The speaker noted that the cooperation of Huawei with Turkmenistan is carried out under the wise leadership of the President of Turkmenistan and is aimed at implementing the most advanced technologies.
A key point of her speech was confirmation of the participation of Huawei in the development of the "smart" city of Arkadag. Han Xiaoping stated that Huawei not only participated in the first phase of construction but is also ready to actively participate in the second phase of the project, utilizing the latest technological solutions.
Huawei thus reaffirms its commitment to a long-term partnership with Turkmenistan aimed at accelerating digital transformation, network modernization and implementing the ‘smart city’ concept.
