Construction has begun on a modern Toyota sales and after-sales service center in Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan. The facility is being built according to international standards and the brand’s corporate guidelines, the Turkmen Embassy in Japan reported Wednesday.
The project is commissioned by Beýik Ýüpek Ýoly with support from Japanese investors and in cooperation with Toyota Central Asia. The complex will occupy a 2.79-hectare site.
The 3S-format dealership will combine sales, service, and a genuine parts warehouse. The two-story building will house a modern showroom and a full-cycle service center. The sales area will feature the New Retail Concept, including an open Customer Hub space for consultations and digital services.
The service center will provide all types of technical work, including diagnostics, repairs, bodywork and painting, tire services, and software updates. It will have the capacity to serve up to eight vehicles simultaneously. The facility will also include a body shop, a detailing area, and a modern car wash.
A test-drive area will be available on the premises. Customers will have access to the latest models, including hybrids. The center will provide both warranty and post-warranty services.
Construction is scheduled for completion in December 2027.
