Atalyk Gurluşyk Individual Enterprise is building a residential complex in Dashoguz. The project includes 12 apartment buildings ranging from five to seven stories along Magtymguly Avenue.
The development uses modern urban planning solutions and aims to expand the city’s housing stock, the newspaper Türkmenistan reported Wednesday.
At the same time, another multi-story residential area is being developed in the southwestern part of the city. State and private companies are constructing four-story apartment buildings with 16 and 24 units each. All buildings are equipped with full utilities.
Along the road to the airport, 42 seven-story apartment buildings are planned, continuing the modernization of the city’s residential infrastructure.
