Rowaçlan Galkynyş private enterprise has launched a specialized polypropylene fabric for use in greenhouses and agriculture, company marketing specialist Ibragim Gurbanov told state media Tuesday.
The fabric, produced from white granules, is resistant to external impacts and high temperatures. Its width ranges from 1 to 4 meters, with a density of 65 to 200 grams per square meter, and it is available in various colors depending on customer requirements. A key feature is protection against ultraviolet radiation at levels of 1, 3 or 5 percent, Gurbanov said.
The enterprise was founded in 2010, with production facilities located in the Ak Bugday district of Ahal region. The company currently produces, under the Rowachpack brand, roll-form polypropylene bags for storing food and nonfood products. It also manufactures standard bags with capacities ranging from 5 to 80 kilograms for packaging sugar, grain, flour and rice, as well as small handled bags.
Packaging products under the Rowachpack brand are currently exported on a regular basis to several CIS countries. The company plans to expand exports to Europe and South America.
