Turkmen and Kyrgyz Experts Discussed Upcoming Caspian Economic Forum
The participants noted the important role of the first Caspian Economic Forum.

On Wednesday, the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Kyrgyz Republic and the Kyrgyz Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs have jointly held a round table discussion on the first Caspian Economic Forum set for August 12 in the Avaza National tourist zone The meeting was hosted in the building of the State Committee on the Use of Industrial, Energy and Natural Resources in Bishkek.

The meeting was attended by President of the Kyrgyz Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Danil Ibraev, deputy chairman of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan D.Hudayberdiev, employees of ministries and state institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as Turkmen students studying in the Kyrgyz Republic.

The participants noted the important role of the first Caspian Economic Forum, initiated by President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, in expanding regional and international trade, as well as cooperation in transport and logistics, stressing that the forum will serve as a convenient platform for the development of Turkmen-Kyrgyz business relations.

The participants also talked about the state policy for the support of the development of entrepreneurship, small and medium-sized businesses in Turkmenistan, carried out under the thorough guidance of the President of Turkmenistan, opportunities for attracting foreign investment in the country's economy, as well as ways to develop Turkmen-Kyrgyz business relations.
