The intention to intensify cooperation in the scientific and educational sphere was documented by a Memorandum of Cooperation between the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan and the Kazan State Energy University, Agreement on cooperation between the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan and the autonomous non-profit organization of higher education - Innopolis University, and Agreement on cooperation between the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management and the Kazan (Volga) Federal University.
The mutual readiness to expand the partnership in the fuel and energy sector is reflected by the Memorandum of Understanding between Türkmennebit State Concern and Tatneft public joint stock company named after VD Shashin.
The Memorandum of Understanding between Türkmenhimiýa State Concern and KER-Holding Limited Liability Company is aimed at the development of cooperation in the chemical industry.
A cooperation agreement was also signed between the Türkmenawtoulaglary Agency of the Ministry of Industry and Communication of Turkmenistan and KAMAZ public joint stock company on supplying KAMAZ motor vehicles and their maintenance.
