In order to improve the financial condition of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection and the State Committee for Water Management, to carry out timely settlements on purchased goods, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov signed a Resolution ordering the State Commercial Bank Dayhanbank to allocate loans in appropriate amounts at 2 percent per annum for 10 years and a grace period of one year.
Also, according to the Decree signed by the President of Turkmenistan, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection was authorized to conclude contracts with the relevant foreign companies for the purchase of chemicals for pest control and perennial weeds in cotton crops for 2019, its defoliation, as well as for protective seed treatment for the wheat harvest of 2020.
The President of Turkmenistan also signed the Resolution approving the Regulation on compulsory state personal insurance of workers employed in industries with high-risk conditions for industrial accidents and occupational diseases.
