The individual enterprise Ak Toprak, which participated in the Caspian Exhibition of Innovative Technologies this week, produces 98 types of sausages under Bolelin, Teyli and Ararat trademarks.
In an interview with Business Turkmenistan, Muhammet Durdymuhammedov, the representative of Ak Toprak, said the company's sausage production factory was launched in 2018 and currently employs more than 100 specialists.
"Our company works closely with German specialists in this area. Plant workers have been in Germany for training courses," Durdymuhammedov said. "German experts visit our sausage production facility twice a year and share the latest practices. We are working together to produce new types of products".
He also noted that the company's sausage production factory uses German-made Handtmann and Polyclip made in Germany.
The products of Ak Toprak have also passed quality control in laboratories in Russia, Uzbekistan, Armenia and Kazakhstan.
