Kipchak Textile Complex to Launch Production of Elastic Tape
High-tech equipment from Chinese manufacturers is designed to produce 5 to 50 millimeters wide elastic tapes.

An automated line for the production of elastic tape started operating at the Kipchak Textile Complex. It consists of a warping machine, rubber production equipment, weaving and ironing machines.

High-tech equipment from Chinese manufacturers is designed to produce 5 to 50 millimeters wide elastic tapes. The annual production capacity of the installed equipment is 1.44 million meters of tape.

The launch of an automated line will make it possible to substitute imported analogues of this type of sewing accessories with domestic production and fully satisfy the needs of specialized enterprises of the country, as well as supply local stores with elastic tape.

In August government meeting, President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov approved the proposal to convert Kipchak Textile Complex into Open Joint Stock Company (OJSC).

Kipchak Textile Complex, launched in 1997, occupies 80 thousand square meters and employs more than 2.7 thousand people.
