The construction of new residential buildings is underway in Ashgabat. The construction works will last two years.
This year, the construction of comfortable houses, and landscaping of adjacent territory will continue in the Parahat-7 district. Construction organizations of the Ashgabat Hyakimlik are preparing foundation pits and utility networks on 10 Yyl Abadanchylyk and Alty Garlyyev streets.
The builders will construct 23 residential buildings in monolithic construction in the allotted territory. 36-apartment and 54-apartment nine-story buildings are designed to accommodate more than a thousand families. A park zone, children's playgrounds and sports grounds, multi-level parking lots and other facilities will be created nearby.
The construction of another 35 four-story houses is also underway in the capital’s Buzmeyin etrap. The walls of twenty large-panel houses built by the Türkmendemirbeton state-owned company have already been raised. Nine 32-apartment buildings were already commissioned. Another seven such buildings will be commissioned in May this year.
Another 15 residential buildings will be constructed at Buzmeyin at the second phase of the construction works. At the same time, a shopping center, a kindergarten and a comprehensive school will be erected nearby. Sports grounds, children's playgrounds, places for family celebrations, garden, and car parking will be located on the territory adjacent to the houses. Construction is scheduled for completion in 2021.
The construction of Gurtly residentional complex's second phase is also underway. With the commissioning of the four-story buildings more than three thousand families will become new home owners.
