Turkmennebit State Concern produced 318 thousand tons of oil and 376 million cubic meters of natural gas in the first month of 2020.
The extracted oil was sent to the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries for further processing.
During the corresponding period, the Goturdepe deposit yielded about 110 thousand tons of oil, which makes up almost a third of Concern’s total production.
Specialists of the Korpeje, Ekerem, Nebitdag, Goturdepe deposits drilled over 17 thousand meters in January this year, which is thousands of meters more than planned.
As a result of exploration works of the Turkmennebit State Concern in January, new deposits of natural gas were discovered at the Uzynada area. From the 7 thousand meters of depth, Turkmennebit daily extracts 106 thousand cubic meters of gas and 143 tons of gas condensate.
