Livestock Complex in Northern Turkmenistan Launches New Cheese Brand
The new cheese brand of the modern livestock complex in Dashoguz contains 45% fat.

A modern livestock complex in Dashoguz velayat’s S.Niyazov etrap in the northern Turkmenistan started the production of Paytagt branded cheese. The new cheese contains 45% fat.

The processing department of the complex also produces other types of cheeses.

The complex, with around 500 cattle, is designed to annually process 2,000 tons of milk and 120 tons of meat. The complex is equipped with the modern production technologies from leading European brands.

The structure of the complex includes a meat processing and sausage production workshops, as well as a dairy workshop, which produces a line of high-quality products such as pasteurized milk, kefir, ayran, yogurt, sour cream, butter, cottage cheese and feta cheese.

High-tech specialized equipment of the complex allows producing 17 types of dairy and 7 varieties of meat products. Since the beginning of 2020, the company produced products worth 300 thousand manats.
