The TCOR completed the production plan by 105% over the past 2 months. The refinery produced over 269 thousand tons of different grades of gasoline.

Commissioned in 1943, the TCOR has undergone major renovation in 2008. The complex employs more than 3.5 thousand people on 450 hectares of land.

Today, the plant produces gasoline, aviation and technical kerosene, jet and diesel fuel, fuel oil, lubricating oil, polypropylene, heating oil, gasoil, petroleum coke, liquefied natural gas, construction and road bitumen and other petrochemical products, which are sold via the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.

The Retarded Coking Unit is currently being installed at the refinery, which will in turn increase the processing capacity of the TCOR by 10%-20%. Coke gasoline, produced by the RCU, is a main component for production of A-80 gasoline or can be used as a material for production of high-octane gasoline. Light coke gasoil will also be used in the production of Euro-5 motor fuel.
