BelTA Signs Cooperation Agreement With State News Agency of Turkmenistan
BelTA produces and distributes 150-170 news items every day to highlight the most important events in the political, social, economic, cultural, and sport life of Belarus.

The Belarusian Telegraph Agency (BelTA) announced on Tuesday that it signed a memorandum of cooperation with State News Agency of Turkmenistan (TDH).

At the same time the Belarusian agency also signed a cooperation agreement with the Georgian news agency (GHN).

According to the BelTA, the documents provide for the exchange of news, photo and video materials and mutual information support in covering visits of official delegations and important social and political events that take place in the countries.

BelTA produces and distributes 150-170 news items every day to highlight the most important events in the political, social, economic, cultural, and sport life of Belarus, news about actions and decisions of the country’s authorities, about international relations and contacts. It operates in Russian, Belarusian, English, German, Spanish and Chinese languages.

The State News Agency of Turkmenistan provides coverage of events in socio-political, socio-economic, cultural, and sports life of the country in the Turkmen, Russian, and English languages. The agency also develops, maintains, and promotes websites about the culture of Turkmenistan.
