Lebapgazçykaryş Management will purchase equipment with SGT-300 and SGT-100 gas turbines from Siemens following an international tender.

Lebapgazçykaryş Management of Türkmengaz (Turkmen Gas) State Concern will be equipped with mobile compressor units from Siemens. Compressor units are designed to improve the supply of hydrocarbon feed to a gas processing plant in the Naip field in Turkmenistan’s northeastern velayat of Lebap.

The Management will purchase equipment with SGT-300 and SGT-100 gas turbines from Siemens following an international tender for the technical re-equipment of the enterprise.

The gas turbines will allow the creation of reliable and economical mobile compressor units on main gas pipelines.

The modernization of the material and technical base of the Lebapgazçykaryş Management is carried out in the framework of Turkmenistan's Oil-and-Gas Industry Development Program for the period till 2030 and in the context of comprehensive measures to increase hydrocarbon production.

Since the beginning of the year, the Lebapgazchykarysh Management has extracted about 3 billion cubic meters of natural gas and around 21 thousand tons of gas condensate from the Kukurtli, Malay, Bagaja, Sakar, Chartak, Farab and Tajibay fields.
