President of China Xi Jinping in his message to President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov said that he stands ready to promote together with his Turkmen counterpart the China-Turkmenistan relations of strategic partnership to new heights.
In the message, Xi expressed gratitude to President Berdimuhamedov for his congratulatory message on the occasion of the 73rd anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, the country’s official media reported on Tuesday.
“Recently, you and I had a successful meeting at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit in Samarkand and reached significant agreements on China-Turkmen relations and cooperation in various spheres, defining directions for further development of bilateral partnership,” Xi remarked.
The Chinese Leader stated that he pays great attention to the development of relations with Turkmenistan.
