The Türkmen Ojagy company based in the city of Turkmenabat in Turkmenistan’s eastern province of Lebap produced 1,044 tons of cotton for clothing and furniture in 2022. The total production amounted to more than 4.18 million manats.
The company produces cotton for clothing and furniture, a cotton sewn with kendir typed watin and cotton yarn batting for packaging, the country’s official media reported on Thursday.
According to the report, the enterprise has produced 437.9 tons of processed fiber worth more than 3.41 million manats.
The enterprise, equipped with modern machinery, also exports its products to foreign countries.
