Turkmenbashi oil refinery announces international tender for construction of new facilities

Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries on behalf of the Commission on (tender) selection of suppliers of oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan announces an international tender for the design and construction of new facilities for a coastal pumping station and a seawater desalination plant with a capacity of 15,000 m3/day for the Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries

Parties are invited to the Foreign Economic Relations Department of Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries to:

• submit a written application for participation in the tender indicating the full name of the participant, its legal status, country of registration, details and contact phones;
• get acquainted with the Rules of the tender for the selection of contractors for the oil and gas complex of Turkmenistan;
• to obtain the technical specifications;
• receive a package of tender documents by paying 1,725 US dollars.

Bids are accepted within 45 (forty five) business days from the date of publication of the announcement until 17.00 local time.

The account for the transfer of funds will be indicated when submitting a written application.

Packages with tender bids must be delivered to the address below from the date of publication of the announcement and are accepted for consideration after receipt of funds to the account.

Commercial offers must be submitted in two sealed envelopes. The first envelope should contain technical specifications, the second envelope – a commercial offer.
