CNPC branch in Turkmenistan announces tender for modernization and optimization of Automatic Control System

Turkmenistan Branch of China National Petroleum Corporation International Ltd. announces a prequalification process for tender №CIT-23042-SR to provide services for modernization and optimization of automatic control system for the First Natural Gas Processing Plant on the contract area Bagtyyarlyk, Lebap province, Turkmenistan

Any company interested in this tender may submit an application for participation in the tender by submitting the following documents:

• Application for participation in the tender.
• Brief information about the company including main activities/business, full company name and legal status, structure and organization. Information about the local registration and licensing of the company.
• The company's financial status for the past 3 years, certified financial statements for the past 3 years.
• Experience with similar projects in the past 3 years.
• Location and current condition of proposed units and equipment for this bid.
• Copy of registration certificate of membership in the Union of Entrepreneurs and Industrialists of Turkmenistan.
• Provide a certificate of effectiveness of the completed project in the oil and gas industry for the last five years.
• Provide complete company profile, business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate and other materials.
• A letter of commitment, signed by a legal representative or authorized representative and sealed with an official seal, promising not to suspend or revoke the license, not to undergo liquidation proceedings, not to be declared bankrupt or otherwise unable to fulfill the contractual terms.

Pre-qualification documents of interested companies must be submitted in book binding, in a hermetically sealed envelope, stamped and accompanied by a cover letter. (in the amount of 2 copies and a scanned version of the document must be enclosed). The name of the addressee, sender, number and name of the tender must be indicated on the envelope.

Providing clarifying information about the conditions of participation and pre-qualification documents is carried out at the specified address.

Applications for participation in the tender are accepted within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement.

Proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted.
