Balkan Province Administration Announces Tender for the Supply of Concrete Curbstones for Roadworks

The Balkan Province Administration announces a tender for the selection of contractors among local construction companies for the supply of concrete curbstones to be used in the capital repair of roads located on streets under the jurisdiction of the province's Municipal Services Association and Housing Maintenance Trusts in the cities of Balkanabat and Turkmenbashi, the town of Hazar, as well as in the Turkmenbashi district

Local enterprises and organizations officially registered in Turkmenistan, regardless of ownership structure, are invited to participate in the tender.

Applicants must submit the following documents to participate:

• A written application indicating the full name of the participating company;
• Information regarding the company’s material and technical capacity;
• A certificate from the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (required for private companies).

Tender submissions are accepted daily from 09:00 to 18:00 until August 28, 2025, at the address indicated below.
