Turkmenistan Expands Aviation Fleet With Arrival of Boeing 777-300ER
Boeing-777-300-ER passenger aircraft is landing at Ashgabat International Airport, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan.

In a significant move in line with the Presidential Decree, Turkmenistan welcomed its second Boeing 777-300ER passenger aircraft from the renowned Boeing company of the United States. Touching down at Ashgabat International Airport on a Friday, the new addition, according to Turkmenistan Airlines, marks a milestone in the country's civil aviation landscape.

This follows the delivery of the first Boeing 777-300ER on December 4, 2023, to Turkmenistan's national carrier, setting the stage for an advanced and state-of-the-art fleet.

The second-generation aircraft, equipped with cutting-edge technology, promises superior performance and exceptional comfort, accommodating a total of 368 passengers. The seating arrangement includes 40 business class, 32 premium economy, and 296 economy class seats.

Featuring two powerful GE90-115BL2 engines, this aircraft boasts an impressive flight range of 11,390 kilometers and is well-equipped for international flights with a payload capacity of up to 40 tonnes. The acquisition reflects Turkmenistan's commitment to enhancing its aviation capabilities and providing world-class travel experiences for its passengers."
