Western Turkmenistan To Witness Construction of Two New Electrical Substations

The Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan has unveiled plans to construct two state-of-the-art electrical substations with capacities of 35 kV and 110 kV, in Balkan province.

An international tender for the turnkey construction of these facilities were published in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper on Tuesday.

Aspiring participants are required to submit a written application expressing their interest in the tender to the Minister of Energy of Turkmenistan. The application should include comprehensive details such as the participant's full name, legal status, country of registration, and contact information.

In addition to the application, interested parties must obtain a tender document package, obtainable at a fee of 1,500 US dollars (excluding VAT and bank payments).

Applications and tender proposals for the construction of the electrical substations in Balkan velayat will be accepted until March 22, 2024.
