On Friday, ahead of the country’s Independence Day celebrations, 13 new nine-story residential buildings and a park were officially opened in the Parahat-7 residential complex.

The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of the city and district halk maslahaty, public organizations, media, honorary elders, and numerous residents and guests of Ashgabat.

In the era of the Revival of a New Epoch of a Powerful State, ensuring a happy life and fostering creative work for the people are among the top priorities of the state policy implemented under the wise leadership of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

Thanks to the successful implementation of the urban development program initiated by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag, Ashgabat has been recognized as one of the most beautiful and livable cities in the world.

The tradition of commissioning new buildings and facilities in celebration of national holidays showcases Turkmenistan’s immense economic potential and the effectiveness of large-scale reforms across all sectors, based on the core principle of “The State for the People!” Today’s opening of modern residential buildings, constructed by local companies in the Parahat-7 complex, is a clear example of this.

Lively musical performances by cultural and artistic masters celebrating the achievements of the era added a vibrant touch to the housewarming festivities.

Speakers at the event proudly emphasized that this period has become an era of happiness for the Turkmen people and harmonious development for the country. They noted that the opening of the new residential buildings is a wonderful gift ahead of the 33rd anniversary of the nation’s independence and expressed heartfelt gratitude to Hero Arkadag and the President of Turkmenistan for their policies aimed at the country’s prosperity and the well-being of its people.

Following the ceremony, participants toured the newly built homes, exploring the comfortable living conditions created for residents. Families and friends gathered in each house, where a festive atmosphere prevailed. As part of Turkmen hospitality traditions, tables were generously set, and guests were invited into the homes.

As has been true for centuries, even today in the era of the Revival of a New Epoch of a Powerful State, national customs remain an integral part of the life of the Turkmen people, who are deeply rooted in their spiritual and cultural heritage and ancient family values, which are now part of the country’s cultural legacy.

The construction, equipment, and finishing of the new nine-story buildings, which include 54- and 36-apartment units, utilized advanced technologies. The surrounding areas have been landscaped, and the necessary road, transport, and engineering infrastructure have been established.

A cozy park has also been built for residents to relax and enjoy, with shady trees forming green spaces that enhance the beauty of the residential complex and contribute to maintaining a favorable environmental atmosphere.

Children’s musical groups greeted the guests in the new park with lively and colorful performances, while young athletes demonstrated their skills and agility.

During the event, outstanding construction workers were awarded valuable gifts from the President.

The new homeowners and participants in the opening ceremony expressed their sincere gratitude to the President of Turkmenistan and Hero Arkadag for their immense care in ensuring the people’s happiness.
