The Minister of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan, Serdar Jorayev, signed an order to amend the procedure for registering lease agreements and gratuitous use (loans) of state property.
On January 10, 2025, the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan officially registered the document, as reported by the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan.
According to the updates, the registration of lease agreements, the introduction of amendments and additions, as well as agreements for extending lease terms, is now carried out on a paid basis. However, the fee for these services does not apply to government organizations and enterprises.
These changes aim to enhance the efficiency of state property management and uphold principles of transparency.
The Deputy Minister of Finance and Economy has been entrusted with the control over the implementation of the order.
