Owadan Ülke has become the first company in Turkmenistan to launch the production of rapeseed oil under the brand Nur. A company representative reported this to the online publication Business Turkmenistan during an exhibition celebrating the 17th anniversary of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, held in Ashgabat from March 17 to 19.
The company purchases rapeseed from Turkmen farmers and processes it using modern technology, which includes cleaning, separation, and deodorization. As a result, consumers receive high-quality first-pressed oil without impurities.
Rapeseed oil provides essential omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, contains significant amounts of vitamin E, and offers natural antioxidants that protect cells from damage. Regularly consuming this product strengthens the cardiovascular system, helps maintain normal cholesterol levels in the blood, and positively affects skin health.
Founded in 2016, Owadan Ülke produces products under the brands Nur, Mylaýym, Hazyna, and Esmo. The company’s plant, located in the Ak Bugday etrap of the Akhal velayat, can produce up to 20 tons of mayonnaise per day and up to 80 tons of canned seasonal products per shift.
