Miweli Oba unveiled its new line of premium SABA soft drinks to the Turkmen public at a special event held on May 11 at the Shamelek banquet hall in Ashgabat.
The SABA presentation became one of the most significant events in the beverage industry over the past year. More than 200 guests attended, including media representatives, executives from restaurant chains and supermarkets, as well as major distributors and retailers.
The new product line, launched in April, features six diverse flavors: two versions of SABA Cola, two types of SABA Zirk, a refreshing SABA Mojito, a juicy SABA Orange, and carbonated mineral water.
The recipes and quality control systems for the new SABA drinks were developed in collaboration with experts from Germany, Turkey, and Austria, ensuring compliance with the latest international standards. The packaging design was created by a Turkish design studio selected through a competitive process.
A key technological highlight of the SABA soft drinks is an advanced deep-carbonation system, engineered with Turkish equipment based on patented German technology. This innovation allows the drink to retain its fizziness even after multiple openings. Miweli Oba is the only company in Turkmenistan using this technology.
Founded in 2014, Miweli Oba is one of Turkmenistan’s oldest and leading non-alcoholic beverage producers.
The company’s flagship brands include the premium juice line 8YAP and the main SABA brand, under which it produces juices, fruit drinks, and carbonated beverages in various formats.
Miweli Oba emphasizes top-tier ingredient quality, using only high-grade components imported from Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Spain, and Greece. All ingredients undergo strict selection and are certified to meet international standards.
